By accessing or using Loft ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be authorized to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity under your account.

3. Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.

You may not:

4. Customer Content

You retain ownership of content submitted to the Services ("Customer Content"). You grant Loft a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Content only as needed to provide the Services.

5. Fees and Billing

Paid plans, if applicable, are billed according to the pricing and billing terms presented at purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

Loft and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, branding, and related materials, except Customer Content.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services may interoperate with third-party tools or links. Loft is not responsible for third-party services, products, or policies.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loft disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Loft from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Loft is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
